Writing down your duties and setting an exact time to do them, aids you to cope with your undertakings one bit at a time.
Doing one job at a time:
Concentrate your entire mind on one job at a time. Remember It will not help to feel frightened about the other uncompleted jobs. Pondering on them only increases avoidable stress and can even hinder you in doing the job you are trying to complete.

When jobs are delegated, it takes a load of needless worry off your mind.
Remember to give yourself a reward:
Recognizing your achievements, no matter how big or small, is something that is required before getting on to your next job and undertakings because it decreases stress, and could even make you a lot more motivated to do the other tasks. So buy yourself something nice every time you complete a job.
Always remember to give yourself a break:
The thing is you need regular breaks because having regular breaks will make you more industrious. A fifteen to twenty minutes break during your work is a must. Go to a coffee shop nearby, or take a refreshing walk in the park, basically do whatever you can to get your mind off work for a while. If you do this you will feel refreshed and revitalized. The good thing is also, you can stay at your work place and sit with your eyes closed as you imagine a serene and relaxing scene. Doing this will free the stress from your body and your mind.
