Belly fat, jiggling upper arms, piggish jowls - these are just the more unattractive fat that can develop on the many parts exposed to the public. This fat can cause such a dive on the self image that many cannot surface soon enough. They may consider getting into some diet programs and systems that can be obnoxiously expensive and yet fail so well, or they may get into diets that could cause physical and psychological harm.
